Request deletion of some/all of your data within Infrastructure Data, whilst retaining your account

Requesting the removal of any data within Infrastructure Data Mobile Application will also result in a loss of that data within the Infrastructure Data web application. Please ensure this is your intended desire before you make this request.

 

If you wish to delete some or all of your data without deleting your account you should contact support@infrastructuredata.co.nz with the subject line; Delete data request.

Please include the following information:

- Name

- Email address used for login

- Organisation name

- Contact phone number

- Reason for deletion

- Details of the specific data you wish to have deleted

 

After your email is received a customer service team member will contact you within 5 business days to complete this process - please note that the actual data removal process will occur within a 3-month period. Please note that the final decision about data removal will be made by your organisation's appointed change control person and will depend on your organisation's policies.

 

All data connected to your account is owned and retained by the organisation(s) that data is associated with. Data deleted by an organisation may be retained in storage in a 'soft deleted' state until that organisation is closed, or data is explicitly purged by that organisation.
