Data Analyst

We have a custom-built operations and compliance management software as a service platform. As a Data Analyst, you would work closely with clients to ensure their needs are being met; whether that's through implementing the software for them, or tending to their customer service needs. We’d love to hear from you if the following work ticks your boxes:

Working with clients:
Taking care of allocated clients - this means providing them support relating to their user requirements setup, creating new outputs for them and being super responsive (full training provided)
Training users
Working with our system:
Creating online outputs for field data acquisition
Configuring data repositories
Writing and validating mathematical functions and logic statements
Building data visualisation dashboards
Setting up text/email alerts and notifications
Configuring performance and compliance reports
Testing new software & fixing bugs
Conducting product demonstrations
