Haumoana residents will soon welcome their upgraded water treatment plant as commissioning nears completion. With a new bore having been drilled on Palomino Road with a better water quality, it means that mean much less chlorine needs to be added to keep it safe.
The Haumoana, Te Awanga and Parkhill communities will soon welcome their upgraded water treatment plant, as the final commissioning works are nearing completion. Jonathan Church, Senior Process Engineer at Lutra, has been onsite providing commissioning oversight and technical support as the final stages of the project come together.
With this being one of eight community water treatment plants, Lutra are proud to be supporting Hastings District Council (HDC) with this and future projects as the region.
